JOHN W. BROWNING
1963 - 2008
We are very saddened by the loss of our law partner, John W. Browning. John was more than just a law partner, he was our friend of almost 20 years.
John was a wonderful man. He and his wife, Tammy, were very much in love. Together, they were caring and loving parents to their children. John was a man of faith and it was evident in his daily interactions with everyone around him. He was a leader in his Church and was actively involved in community, civic and service organizations. He led his local scout troup.
John was an accomplished lawyer. He graduated with honors from James Madison University in Virginia and acquired his juris doctorate from the University of Baltimore, also with honors. Since he became associated with the firm in 1989, his practice was focused on real estate law and commercial and corporate law. In his practice, he counseled many businesses on a wide array of issues and earned a reputation as a man of strong ethics and integrity.
It was a privilege for all of us to have worked with John, even though it was for too short of a time. We all miss him very, very much.
