Bob joined the firm’s business law and transactional practice group in October of 2011 after completing a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Patrick Cavanaugh in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.  Bob represents businesses and individuals on a wide range of matters including entity formation and operational compliance, taxation, real estate, commercial financing, business succession planning, and employer-employee relations.
